Barbara Spencer Singer
CEO and Founder

For over 25 years, Barbara has been growing organizations by developing their talent. Her thought leadership has improved trust, employee engagement, and performance for some of the world's most well-known multinationals as well as start-ups and portfolio companies. A noted author and educator, her work has positively influenced the next generation of leaders at business schools around the world.

 

Barbara designed Executive Core to provide large-firm services with the care and personal attention of a mid-sized organization. We've helped global organizations like Royal Bank of Canada, Bristol Myers Squibb, Campbells, and NBC Universal develop their talent management, while also supporting high-growth startups to sustainably achieve scale.
