CONSULTING

Our consulting combines focus on bottom-line results and leadership development on three levels: organizational, team, and individual.

EXECUTIVE COACHING
Executive coaching focuses professionals on maximizing their personal and professional potential within an organization. It is an empowering partnership that focuses on the professional and personal goals of the executive to align them with company growth. Through coaching, coachees develop self awareness that allows them to transform their habits and behaviors, creating a more focused, empathetic leader. They discover their hidden potential and are motivated to enact impactful solutions.
COACHING PROCESS
Executive Core's coaching process typically involves four stages.
Contracting and Goal Setting
We define the scope and objectives of the engagement, clarifying each party's roles and setting targets for achievement. We also assess the fit between the coach and executive, making changes if necessary to ensure rapport.
Awareness Development
The coach takes a future focused approach and assesses where it would be advantageous for the executive to grow to meet goals now and 2-5 years in the future. Any skill gaps or blind spots are addressed. We may use a 360º assessment, stakeholder interviews, or other tools to develop mutual awareness. An initial development plan is created, along with an action plan against which progress will be assessed during the engagement.
Implementation
The executive and coach engage in regular sessions to try new behaviors, explore and build new skills, and strengthen key relationships. The coach provides ongoing support for the executive, helping them navigate any difficulties.
Evaluation and Sustainability
Progress towards goals are assessed, which may include interviews and other tools to measure the coaching impact. Course corrections, if necessary, are discussed and implemented. The coach also works to phase out one-on-one coaching, activating the leader’s supervising leader and talent management partner to continue support. The coach typically holds a formal follow-up session to acknowledge accomplishments and present a final report.

Executive Core provides a wide array of validated assessments that provide deep insights into individuals and teams. They support the development of self-awareness, personal and team effectiveness, and executive development.

As professional athletes discovered long ago, your mental attitude predicts performance. The Awareness 20/20™ 720º assessment measures an executive’s ability to leverage optimum performance mindsets and demonstrate executive presence. The assessment can be taken twice to show growth over time.

Executive Core facilitates innovative, trust building, performance-focused team and executive experiences. We help your leaders think better, communicate more effectively, and execute to deliver results.
