We believe that organizations can set their leaders free by setting the learning free.  Leaders stay engaged and focused on the most important priorities when they feel as if they are being developed, learning new things, and appreciated/seen for their hard work.  Executive Core believes leadership development must be firmly rooted in good data/feedback and visionary leadership.  We don’t tolerate guru coaches.  We know today’s world runs on effective teams who can maintain complex virtual relationships across a network of people working toward common goals.

Barbara Singer

Founder, President and CEO

Our founder, Barbara Singer, began her journey accelerating top talent in a small firm in Colorado that grew to be ranked 28th in the world for leadership development before it was acquired by a top-3 global executive search firm. 

 

Those experiences provided the foundation for Executive Core, creating an agile consulting and coaching firm that effectively serves individual executives, firms from small portfolio companies to leading global brands, and academic/not-for-profit organizations.  Barbara has also had numerous roles with universities, including teaching Executive Integral Leadership—a holistic systems approach to leadership—at the University of Notre Dame for 10 years.
